Q: If we have a single Administrator PEAB advising multiple administrator roles, how do we identify CredentialRole in the P1 and P2 Reports?
A for P1 (Advisory Meetings) :
Use a separate row for each CredentialRole. This will lead to duplication of meetings if the same meeting is used for all admin programs, but for this report, that is expected and acceptable. The meetings will be differentiated in the PESB report by the CredentialRole.
A for P2 (Recommendations):
Use a separate row for each CredentialRole. This will lead to duplication of recommendations if the same recommendation is made for all admin programs, but for this report, that is expected and acceptable. Use the same RecommendationID as in your records, as those will be differentiated in the PESB report by the CredentialRole.
