P2 Report Corrections

Report P2 Errors

This is the first year P2 reports include a recommendation identification code (RecommendationId) to follow the continuous improvement steps taken by a program in response to an advisory board (PEAB or PEAC) recommendation. 

Despite the best efforts of staff and data administrators to anticipate and avoid areas of confusion in this first year report, documentation and / or data coding errors have been discovered during analysis of the submissions. The resulting information does not accurately tell the stories of program improvement and collaboration efforts as intended, so must be corrected and resubmitted in order to do so.

2013-2014 Data Corrections

Data Administrators are asked to:

1) Correct the P2 Report.
2) Resubmit the corrected P2 report no later than August 31, 2014.
