Corrected CTEB&I Report Guidance Available

Following our TA meeting on 9/23, corrections, clarifications, and updates have been made to the 2013 Report Guidance for CTE B&I programs. 

The new version is dated 9/24/13 and can be found on the CTE B&I Annual Reporting page.

Annual Report, Data Manuals, and Technical Assistance Information

The following documents have been uploaded to the CTE B&I webpages on the PESB Program Support website:


Report Guidance 2013, reporting on the 2012-2013 data manual collections, and


Data manuals for 2013-2014 collection, including:


Version dates for these documents are recorded in the footer.


Technical assistance (TA) is available from Cheryl Ricevuto (cheryl.ricevuto@k12.wa.us or 360.725.6327) throughout the summer.


In addition, a group webinar(s) will be scheduled for the fall in preparation for report submission.


We expect that clarifications and / or corrections will need to be made as we all work through the reporting and data collection processes, so please do not hesitate to bring your questions to TA or our webinars. Everyone will benefit from those questions.


When those clarifications / corrections affect the content of the report guidance or a data manual(s), changes will be made to those documents, and you will be notified. In addition, the version date in the footer of the document will be updated to reflect the change. You can use this information to ensure you are using the most current version of the document.


Thank you for your attention to this work. I look forward to our continued collaboration in creating data collections that accurately reflect your efforts to create and deliver strong teacher preparation programs for educators who wish to enter through this route.
