Program Review Protocols

Program Review Protocols are based on the state standards used to evaluate PESB-approved educator preparation programs. Program Review Protocols are reviewed and revised according to PESB rules. Changes to Program Review Protocols are reviewed and adopted by the PESB. 

  • Beginning January 2012, the 2010 Standards I - IV Program Review Protocols in effect for ALL programs; 
  • Standard V - Residency Teacher is in effect for all programs beginning September 2012; 
  • All other effective dates are noted on the Protocol page.
